Focus on maintaining reliable infrastructure, automating administrative processes, troubleshooting production pipeline tools, and supporting artists and production teams under delivery deadlines.

is an independent animation studio producing family-focused 2D and 3D feature films and television series.
What you will do
- Provide daily systems administration and technical support for artists, production teams, and studio staff.
- Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, public cloud infrastructure, on-premises virtualisation, and core network services.
- Maintain enterprise storage systems, including ZFS and EditShare, and optimise secure data delivery across the network.
- Liaise with software vendors and internal production, pipeline, and technology teams to resolve issues and improve functionality.
- Build and deploy hardware and software, and create scripts or software tools to automate administrative processes.
- Monitor support tickets, identify recurring incidents, and provide out-of-hours support, including nights and weekends when reasonably required.
Requirements
- Senior systems administration experience in a medium-to-large enterprise environment across Linux and Microsoft Server.
- Experience provisioning and maintaining access and core switches, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- Experience with public cloud, on-premises virtualisation, and at least five years working with enterprise storage systems.
- Three to five years of experience in a post-production or VFX facility.
- Experience working with security standards such as ISM, AS/NZS ISO/IEC 2700X, or the Trusted Partner Network.
- Application support experience with Autodesk Maya, Foundry Nuke, Pixar Tractor, Adobe Suite, Avid Media Composer, and Arnold.
