Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Leader (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and supply chain strategy across semiconductor, networking, electronics, optics, mechanical, and manufacturing categories.
• Build sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and supply planning functions, including scalable systems, policies, metrics, and processes.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate with, and manage global suppliers, contract manufacturers, EMS partners, ODMs, and other strategic vendors.
• Drive supplier performance, quality, cost optimization, delivery execution, capacity reservations, inventory strategies, and long-term supply agreements.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and finance on BOM strategy, approved vendor lists, NPI phases, forecasting, cost modeling, and production ramp readiness.
• Lead supply risk analysis, contingency planning, market intelligence, allocation management, and crisis response for constrained or disrupted supply.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or hardware operations.
• Significant experience in semiconductor, networking, electronics, or related hardware industries.
• Strong commercial negotiation, supplier management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing global suppliers and manufacturing operations, particularly in Asia.
• Understanding of semiconductor and electronics supply chain dynamics, allocation environments, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting NPI, hardware development, production ramp activities, and cross-functional operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI infrastructure, networking hardware, datacenter systems, semiconductor or ASIC supply chains, optical networking, PCB/PCBA, EMS, ODM, or OEM environments.
• Experience scaling supply chain operations in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and procurement infrastructure.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
