What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement for FATP, modules, and components, including RFQs, NDAs, contract negotiations, and terms and conditions.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while building a reliable supply base for advanced AI hardware.
• Negotiate pricing, development scope, and technical execution while balancing cost, quality, and performance requirements.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to define specifications, ensure manufacturability, and support product integration.
• Develop sourcing strategies, monitor AI hardware and component technology trends, and establish manufacturing partnerships for product scaling.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain or commodity management experience focused on consumer electronics or highly integrated hardware products.
• 3–5 years of sourcing experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing turnkey projects.
• Experience developing should-cost or parametric models for electronics manufacturing capital equipment.
• Experience negotiating contract terms and achieving significant cost reductions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively with engineering and supply chain teams.
