Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Office-first model with on-site work required at least four days per week.

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own the design process for product features from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.
• Conduct usability testing and user interviews, translating findings into design improvements.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system across product platforms.
• Use product analytics and customer feedback to identify friction points and iterate on existing features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Experience shipping functional, high-quality products and designing end-to-end user journeys.
• Experience connecting mobile or digital interfaces with physical locations and optimizing beyond-screen touchpoints.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and incorporate feedback.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and production efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B2C SaaS or technology-driven, consumer-focused environment.
• Experience with AI-first code editors such as Cursor.
• Experience with ProtoPie or similar advanced prototyping tools.
