Product Designer (AI)

Location: US (Remote)

Salary: $170,000–$205,000 annual salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Create, prototype, test, and iterate design solutions for complex product workflows.
• Own end-to-end user journeys from ideation through production.
• Use user research, data insights, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted workflows to improve the platform.
• Design AI-enabled B2B experiences that help users understand, verify, correct, and trust generated outputs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define AI behavior, edge cases, confidence signals, feedback loops, evaluation criteria, and rollout strategies.
• Document design systems, influence product roadmaps, and guide cross-product design strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design experience.
• Deep B2B SaaS web experience, ideally including startup experience.
• Senior-level product design portfolio focused on complex workflows; a portfolio is required with the application.
• Fluency with AI tools for ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, critique, and design-to-engineering collaboration.
• Strong judgment around AI product UX, including uncertainty, failure states, user correction, source transparency, auditability, and sensitive customer data.
• Experience with Figma, CSS, HTML, React, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience designing and shipping AI-enabled product features.
