Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location

Location: On-site at hirify.global HQ, Brooklyn, New York, USA

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year plus equity (0.07% – 0.3%)

What you will do

• Build trust with customers by engaging closely via Slack and in-person meetings
• Create proof of concepts to unblock deals and accelerate value delivery
• Lead design partnerships with end users to influence the product roadmap
• Develop deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate internally
• Define and improve scalable playbooks, processes, and tooling
• Own onboarding documentation and identify user friction points

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Brooklyn, New York
• Fluent English (C1) required
• Customer-obsessed problem solver with strong communication skills
• Experience or interest in AI, enterprise security, compliance, or developer tools
• High ownership and commercial instincts in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Experience with agents, MCP, or LLM tooling
• Technical capability to read logs and build basic solutions
• Background in enterprise security, compliance, or access control
• Prior solutions engineering, field development engineer, or customer success experience
