Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: USA remote with travel in AR

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 base salary annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs delivering warehouse automation solutions to customer distribution and warehouse environments.
• Drive execution from concept through deployment across engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer implementation teams.
• Define program scope, priorities, schedules, risks, governance, and success metrics with technical and business stakeholders.
• Translate customer and market requirements into scalable program plans that extend the existing automation platform.
• Act as a customer-facing technical partner and align internal teams around customer commitments.
• Use implementation learnings and data-driven insights to improve engineering processes, product quality, and deployment efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of technical experience leading large, complex engineering or automation programs.
• Experience delivering automation, robotics, warehouse, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or other complex hardware/software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, product management, supply chain, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills across technical teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent program planning, risk management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or another advanced engineering degree.
• Experience with industrial automation, control systems, or PLC-based solutions.
