IT Project Manager, Senior Specialist- Advisor Services Portfolio (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Austin, TX or Southlake, TX

Salary: USD $68,200–$120,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects and program workstreams across product development, systems implementation, and technology modernization.
• Support the Advisor Services technology portfolio and initiatives serving Registered Independent Advisors.
• Coordinate Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technology teams, business partners, and vendors.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, priorities, integrated delivery plans, and project financials.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of project management experience leading small- to medium-scale projects in technology, product development, or systems implementation.
• 3–7 years of experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, project budgets, status reporting, and change management.
• Experience establishing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong project leadership, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or fintech.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience with technology portfolios, digital products, systems integration, or enterprise technology transformations.
• Experience managing project financials, resource planning, forecasting, and delivery reporting.
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification.
