Location: United States; hybrid for employees near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY, and fully remote for eligible employees located farther from company offices

Target cash compensation: $226,300–$260,000 USD annually, plus equity eligibility

What you will do

• Define and execute AI product strategy across the Creative, Audience, and Outcomes portfolio.
• Identify, prototype, and commercialize AI capabilities for creative intelligence, audience measurement, outcome attribution, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Establish technical direction and architectural patterns for scalable, secure, and responsible AI systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization of AI engineers, scientists, and product specialists.
• Partner with engineering, product, data science, go-to-market teams, customers, and commercial partners to bring AI-driven products to market.
• Set success metrics for customer adoption, revenue impact, operational efficiency, and product differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including significant experience building AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing AI products with measurable business impact.
• Deep knowledge of large language models, agentic systems, retrieval architectures, machine learning platforms, and generative AI.
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations spanning engineering, product management, and data science, with strong technical depth and hands-on capability.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer of employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in advertising technology, media measurement, marketing technology, or consumer insights.
• Experience deploying agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows in production.
• Familiarity with MLOps and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Experience creating AI-enabled products or revenue streams and working directly with enterprise customers.
• MS or another advanced technical degree.
