Tech Recruiter Senior Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior individual contributors, managers, heads, and leadership roles across Technology and Product.
• Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and People teams as a consultative talent advisor.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct screening and assessment conversations covering technical background, leadership, product mindset, business impact, and cultural alignment.
• Map competitors, talent pools, and leadership profiles across the payments and fintech ecosystem.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring feasibility.

Requirements

• Advanced to fluent English skills, written and spoken.
• Proven experience recruiting for Technology and Product roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing consultative talent advice.
• Experience with senior and leadership hiring, including engineers, engineering managers, product managers, technical leads, and heads.
• Strong knowledge of talent markets and complex recruitment processes.

• Experience hiring in payments, fintech, financial services, digital banking, SaaS, or technology companies.
