Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Partner with co-founders and executives to calibrate roles and hire top-tier talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from role scoping and sourcing to offer closing.
• Conduct market assessments and build pipelines of passive candidates for business-critical roles.
• Utilize data to track pipelines and conversion rates to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Maintain high urgency in candidate engagement while ensuring quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
• Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically focusing on commercial roles.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and executive search within tech or consulting.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
• Must be available for a hybrid work model (3 days in-office in São Paulo).
