Mid/Senior Technical Recruiter (Technical Talent Acquisition/AI): Owning end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, data, AI, cloud, DevOps, product, and QA roles across Latin America with an accent on technical candidate assessment, client partnership, and pipeline development. Focus on solving complex hiring challenges, improving recruiting workflows with AI and automation, and maintaining high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple simultaneous processes.

What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering, data, AI, cloud, DevOps, product, QA, and other technical roles.
- Partner with international clients and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and priorities.
- Conduct recruiter interviews, assess technical backgrounds and soft skills, and provide structured hiring recommendations.
- Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience while managing multiple recruitment processes and maintaining hiring quality.
- Use AI tools, ATS platforms, and automation to improve candidate evaluation, documentation, workflow efficiency, and hiring metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, preferably in staffing, recruiting agency, or RPO environments.
- Experience hiring Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, or similar technical profiles.
- Strong understanding of modern software development concepts, technologies, and engineering roles.
- Professional-level English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

- Knowledge of sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn.
