Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, hiring needs, and recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across engineering, infrastructure, operations, finance, sales, and people roles.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines, conduct structured interviews, manage offers, and own the candidate journey.
• Advise and coach hiring leaders on interviewing, assessment, candidate engagement, and market conditions.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data, and improve sourcing and hiring processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, preferably in technology, SaaS, infrastructure, or a high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles across different seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, organisation, communication, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to understand technical roles and discuss technical skills and requirements confidently.
• Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
