What you will do

• Define and execute the talent acquisition roadmap to align hiring velocity with business goals.
• Build and improve employer branding and hirify.global’s perception among high-quality candidates.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Advise leadership and hiring managers on headcount planning, compensation, and market intelligence.
• Manage Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to maintain transparent, data-driven hiring pipelines.
• Own candidate experience and quality of hire while continuously identifying and solving process bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including scaling teams in high-growth technology or fintech environments.
• Deep knowledge of the Latin American talent market, including engineering, sales, and fintech roles.
• Expertise with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation to recruitment processes.
• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish is required.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, adapt strategies quickly, and communicate clearly with leadership and hiring managers.

• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to independently extract and visualize data-driven insights.
