Technical Account Manager

Location: Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery operations for assigned client accounts.
• Lead client commitments, service levels, account performance, and incremental growth.
• Collaborate with Account Delivery Associates to maintain smooth account operations.
• Develop client relationships and understand evolving business needs.
• Assist with account budgets and cost control.
• Track performance metrics, provide updates, and resolve or escalate account-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, reporting, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Ability to stay current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or another relevant certification.
