Project Delivery Specialist

Location: Brisbane, Australia; projects span Australia and New Zealand

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and technical projects from internal handover through completion.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget while managing risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance, commercial, applications, and EHS teams.
• Manage customer communications, project meetings, issues, and disputes.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide accurate monthly financial reporting.

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects in an engineering or technical environment.
• Strong project delivery, planning, time management, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of contract administration, including commercial terms and conditions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Formal technical or related qualifications are highly regarded.
