Location: Macquarie Park, QLD, Australia; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely

What you will do
- Oversee supplier performance and governance for safe, efficient field service delivery against agreed standards and service levels.
- Analyze performance data, manage reporting, and drive accountability for operational and commercial outcomes.
- Manage contract finances, including forecasting, budget control, vendor claims, and expenditure governance.
- Partner with Networks, Operations, IT, Finance, and vendor teams to deliver continuous improvement and business value.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing outsourced services and supplier performance.
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills, including budget management, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of network operations, service delivery models, and telecommunications network operations.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, lead discussions with senior leaders and suppliers, and drive outcomes through collaboration and sound decision-making.
