Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: New York City; on-site 5 days per week

hirify.global is building an AI-native ERP and proprietary general ledger for private markets, combining fund administration with investor portals, AI-powered portfolio management, KPI collection, and related investment workflows.

What you will do

• Shape major product surfaces for fund CFOs, operations leads, LPs, and investment firms.
• Own the visual language, design system, user research, and end-to-end product design craft.
• Extend and harden design patterns across a complex investment platform.
• Conduct research with fund CFOs, operations leads, and LPs, translating findings into product decisions.
• Create implementation-ready specifications for engineers.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving for complex, data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong visual craft with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience building or evolving design systems in a fast-moving product.
• Experience conducting user research directly with customers.
• Figma fluency and a track record of creating specifications engineers can implement.
• Previous close collaboration with engineers and the ability to work without heavy product-manager direction.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, accounting software, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience designing at a seed-to-Series B startup.
