Engagement Manager (AI Search)

Location: On-site in New York City, San Francisco, Boston, London, or Singapore

Salary: $110,000–$180,000 annual base salary before variable compensation for the NYC location; total compensation also includes variable compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers.
• Own the customer journey from onboarding and implementation through adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct strategic business reviews, identify opportunities, and address risks in customers’ marketing and AI search programs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, operations, product, and executive teams.
• Develop expertise in AI search and large language models, applying best practices and actionable tactics to improve customer visibility.
• Partner with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver value and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with enterprise customers in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with comfort working with quantitative data.
• Ability to own processes end to end and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in the search or marketing industry.
• Ability to work on-site from the New York City, San Francisco, Boston, London, or Singapore office.
