What you will do

  • Own and manage the post-sales customer experience across the product suite
  • Lead structured onboarding engagements with clear milestones and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with customers to adopt AI-driven legal workflow solutions
  • Guide customers through change management and drive user adoption
  • Build trusted relationships with key legal and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, Implementation, or legal roles transitioning into LegalTech
  • Ability to manage structured onboarding and customer-facing projects
  • Experience supporting technology adoption and organizational change
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
