GTM Recruiting Team Member [Contract to Hire] (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo or San Francisco, United States

Annual contract compensation: $150,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers and executives to define candidate profiles and targeted hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and market maps for current and future hiring needs.
• Source and engage GTM talent through outreach, networking, referrals, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Compensation on role design, benchmarking, and market intelligence.
• Optimize AI-enabled recruiting operations, tooling, sourcing automation, outreach personalization, and pipeline analytics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Ability to partner with founders, hiring managers, and senior GTM leaders on hiring strategy.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with a focus on high-quality GTM talent.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality and a thoughtful candidate experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Mateo or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling GTM teams at a startup or hypergrowth company in AI, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with compensation structures and equity benchmarking in early-stage startups.
• Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools, automated outreach, or workflow automation.
• Experience implementing and optimizing recruiting tools, systems, and workflows.
