Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI Recruiting)

Location: New York, New York, with a flexible hybrid in-office model; recruitment supports offices across the United States and London, England.

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 base salary annually for candidates located in New York, plus a performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake and role briefing through accepted offer across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Manage candidate communication, sourcing, scheduling, assessment, offer management, and closing.
• Translate business requirements into candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, scorecards, and structured selection processes.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and long-term candidate relationships.
• Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation, competitor activity, and hiring constraints.
• Design interview plans, train interviewers, coach debriefs, and evaluate recruiting and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Substantial in-house recruiting experience delivering complex and business-critical searches.
• Experience in asset management, wealth management, alternative investments, fintech, or related financial services.
• Success managing varied searches across different functions and seniority levels simultaneously.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, and recruiting analytics capabilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, candidate-management tools, and recruiting technology.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor and advise or constructively challenge senior leaders.
