Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Customer sites several days a week during active deployments

What you will do

• Own customer deployments end to end, from signed deal through production launch and stabilization.
• Design and ship production AI agents using prompt engineering, orchestration, edge-case handling, and systematic testing.
• Integrate the platform with legacy systems, APIs, CRMs, telephony, and customer infrastructure.
• Debug and resolve issues in production environments outside your direct control.
• Challenge weak requirements and align technical and business stakeholders around practical solutions.
• Work directly with customers and drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering and systems integration fundamentals, including Python or Node.js, APIs, and data.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI systems, plus comfort using AI tools.
• Experience solving complex problems in legacy or enterprise environments.
• Strong product judgment, structured problem decomposition, and decision-making under ambiguity.
• Clear communication with engineers and business leaders.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English are required.
