Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI code review and governance platform for engineering organizations shipping AI-generated code.

What you will do

• Own technical delivery across multiple customer deployments from initial prototype through stable production.
• Diagnose and remediate complex issues in the codebase and production environments, including model routing, gateway behavior, scaling, performance, and reliability.
• Build customer-specific MCP servers, agent skills, and platform integrations, then upstream reusable capabilities into the product roadmap.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams on debugging, architecture reviews, and joint implementation.
• Scope and sequence delivery, manage trade-offs, and remove blockers while protecting timelines.
• Convert customer learnings into roadmap items, specifications, tools, playbooks, runbooks, and reproducible benchmarks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer with consulting exposure, or hands-on deployment founder.
• Experience building or consuming MCP servers or agent frameworks.
• Production-quality coding experience with Python, TypeScript, or comparable stacks.
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
• Experience debugging distributed systems under time pressure and preventing recurrence through effective postmortems.
• Strong communication, discovery, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Enterprise platform engineering, multi-tenancy design, or large-scale monorepo tooling experience.
• Experience with model routing, inference infrastructure, or LLM gateway systems.
