Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect, build, and ship multimodal AI agents for essential service companies.
• Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to map workflows and deploy the product.
• Own the full lifecycle from design and implementation through rollout, measurement, and iteration.
• Build reliable systems supporting thousands of concurrent interactions.
• Evaluate text and voice models, fine-tune them, run live A/B tests, and iterate rapidly.
• Identify cross-customer patterns to inform product and engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining production systems with Python, including asyncio and FastAPI.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node, and React.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, TTS and speech APIs, model fine-tuning, vector databases, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to meet SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for speed and reliability at scale.
• Experience building production monitoring and debugging systems across cloud infrastructure and databases.
• Comfort working directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, understand edge cases, and deliver fast solutions.
