IT Engineer

What you will do

• Build a reliable day-one setup experience by preparing hardware, software, and access for new joiners.
• Own and resolve help desk requests and provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
• Administer Google Workspace, including user provisioning, groups, calendars, security settings, and operational support.
• Manage the full IT equipment lifecycle, including procurement, repairs, replacements, inventory, and secure disposal.
• Manage access and permissions, document internal IT processes, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Build internal tools and automation to improve the efficiency and scalability of IT operations, while participating in the on-call rotation for urgent IT and Security requests.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management tools, including secure device deployment, configuration, and monitoring at scale.
• Experience managing hardware procurement, renewals, logistics, and asset records.
• Experience rolling out and managing software across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in a company environment.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues; macOS experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of security practices including encryption, access controls, and regular audits.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in automating repetitive tasks.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Python, Go, or Shell scripting.
