The platform supports more than $25 billion in assets under administration and serves investment firms and LPs.

What you will do

• Process capital calls, distributions, investment wires, bill payments, intercompany payables and reimbursements, and management fee payments.
• Act as the operational control layer by identifying errors before they reach clients.
• Reconcile cash positions daily and maintain accurate records.
• Document and systematize treasury processes in partnership with engineering.
• Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual intervention.
• Own treasury approval workflows and move approvals into structured, auditable platform processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience processing wire transfers and capital call or distribution workflows.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to catch errors before they affect clients.
• Ability to work quickly under deadline pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fund administrator, private equity or venture capital back office, or bank treasury team.
• Familiarity with fund accounting platforms.
• Understanding of management fee and waterfall structures.
