Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid in-office model with attendance at least 2 days per week.

Salary: $270,000+ annually, plus benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Own the design vision and execution for Nova, a payment network serving funds, investors, and support teams.
• Design connected product experiences across both sides of the payments network.
• Drive scoping for ambiguous product areas and define how Nova products interact with other systems.
• Establish visual and interaction patterns for the business area.
• Conduct regular customer research and use insights to guide cross-functional teams toward high-ROI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Experience owning company-level product bets end to end.
• Strong systems thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Ability to develop clear product vision and understand the complexity of payment networks and fund-investor interactions.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to lead cross-functional work.
