Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: NYC Head Office; on-site

Salary: $150K–$200K plus equity

What you will do

• Own and evolve the design system across Cards, Bill Pay, and Treasury.
• Design end-to-end user experiences from ideation and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
• Maintain scalable Figma libraries, components, variants, prototypes, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve usability across the platform.
• Use data, customer insights, and business goals to inform product strategy and design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating shipped, user-centric SaaS products.
• Experience designing across multiple product surfaces or verticals, especially financial, operational, or B2B tools.
• Strong systems thinking and experience maintaining shared design systems across teams.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with design QA and ensuring design fidelity in production with engineers.
