Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, California; on-site with in-office work required 4 days a week

Salary: $170,000–$245,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Design and ship complex, high-impact product features from concept through production.
• Own complex product areas end-to-end as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and ensure pragmatic implementation.
• Review and critique design work, raising clarity, simplicity, and execution quality.
• Align stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Strong track record of shipping complex B2B products.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other designers.
• Ability to make strong product and design decisions with incomplete information.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce clear, implementation-ready designs.

Nice to have

• Fintech or payments experience.
• Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven products.
• Design systems experience.
• Familiarity with frontend constraints or code-based prototyping tools.
