TL;DR
Head of Commercial Finance (E-commerce): Leading commercial finance strategy across pricing, monetization, channel strategy, deal modeling, forecasting, and long-term growth with an accent on executive partnership, financial analysis, and team development. Focus on evaluating complex commercial risks, building actionable recommendations from performance data, and driving AI-enabled process automation.
Location: Hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah, US

What you will do
- Partner with executive, commercial, and sales leadership on pricing, monetization, channel strategy, contract reviews, and commercial risk assessment.
- Lead the Pricing team and oversee financial reviews for new deals, expansions, renegotiations, products, business models, and promotional activities.
- Own and improve ’s financial deal model.
- Lead the Commercial Finance annual operating plan, forecasts, scenario modeling, and month-end close activities.
- Develop and mentor the Commercial Finance team in a data-driven, collaborative environment.
- Drive AI-enabled process automation and operationalize new products and monetization models.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a commercial finance leadership role.
- Experience in fast-paced omnichannel retail or e-commerce environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and executive-influencing skills.
- Strategic leadership combined with hands-on financial analysis and operational involvement.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging commerce trends.
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA.
- Experience with data and analytics side projects.
