Finance Business Partner Director

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance leader and strategic advisor to executive stakeholders across major business lines and enterprise functions.
• Shape enterprise financial strategy by connecting long-term objectives with financial insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and performance management processes to support forward-looking decisions.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, including investments, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and transformation efforts.
• Partner with FAST and centralized teams to prioritize analytics, improve reporting, and scale consistent financial practices.
• Build and develop high-performing finance talent while advancing AI, automation, and advanced analytics in finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, strategy, or consulting.
• Experience advising executives and influencing enterprise-level decisions.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, drive transformation, and scale financial processes.
• Strong experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, financial modeling, and analytics tools.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-line-of-business environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, GPT tools, or AI-enabled financial analysis platforms.
• Experience leading finance transformation or modernization initiatives.
