Director of Finance

What you will do

• Own end-to-end revenue operations, including revenue tracking, billing, invoicing, collections, renewals, expansions, churn, and reporting.
• Develop pricing models for agent-based, usage-based, hybrid, outcome-based, tiered enterprise, and deployment-based structures.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow planning, runway management, monthly close, financial controls, and audit readiness with external finance partners.
• Build multi-year financial models and track enterprise SaaS and AI metrics such as gross margin, CAC payback, LTV, and burn multiple.
• Support capital allocation and strategic decisions across R&D, go-to-market, partnerships, infrastructure, and expansion scenarios.
• Prepare Board packages, KPI dashboards, investor materials, fundraising models, and financial diligence responses.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in venture-backed or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience with revenue operations, cash collections, working capital management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience supporting Board of Directors reporting, investor communications, fundraising, and financial diligence.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning skills, with a strong understanding of SaaS or enterprise software unit economics.
• Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition, financial systems, KPI dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
• Ability to work independently, influence cross-functionally without formal authority, and maintain high standards of accuracy and discipline.

• Fundraising experience across Series A, B, C, or later-stage growth rounds.
• Experience working with external accounting firms, auditors, and finance partners.
• Experience influencing enterprise pricing and modeling margins across subscription, usage-based, and hybrid structures.
