What you will do

• Lead revenue operations across customer contracts, usage-based models, bookings, ARR, renewals, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Develop pricing methodologies, including agent-based, usage-based, hybrid, outcome-based, tiered licensing, and deployment-based models.
• Oversee financial operations, monthly close, GAAP compliance, budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow, runway, vendor management, and financial controls.
• Build multi-year financial models and analyze unit economics, margins, CAC payback, LTV, and burn multiple.
• Prepare quarterly Board financial packages, KPI dashboards, investor materials, fundraising models, and diligence responses.
• Partner with executive leadership, Sales, Legal, Commercial, Customer Success, and external finance and accounting partners.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in venture-backed or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience with revenue operations, cash collections, working capital management, financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience supporting Board reporting, investor communications, fundraising, and financial diligence.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning skills, with knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software unit economics.
• Familiarity with GAAP revenue recognition, KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and financial systems.
• Ability to operate independently, influence cross-functionally without formal authority, and maintain high standards of accuracy and discipline.

Nice to have

• Fundraising experience across Series A, B, C, or later-stage growth rounds.
• Experience with enterprise pricing strategies and subscription, usage-based, or hybrid contract structures.
• Experience working with external accounting firms, auditors, and finance partners.
