What you will do

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while meeting service level agreements.
• Handle complex transaction requests and provide timely platform support.
• Review and update customer requests and transaction records to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Owners, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to increase Xvantage adoption and utilization.
• Generate data quality reports, analyze trends, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience in customer support, operations, transaction processing, platform support, order management, or a related business function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital platforms, business systems, or customer-facing technologies.
• Knowledge of distribution, technology, channel sales, or related industries.
• Experience analyzing operational data and creating reports or dashboards.
• Experience driving process improvements and platform adoption initiatives.
