Accountant (Order to Cash)

hirify.global is hiring for an Order-to-Cash accounting role supporting accounts receivable operations.

What you will do

• Support billing, invoicing, receivables tracking, and credit/debit note processing for assigned countries and entities.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure accurate, complete, and compliant AR documentation.
• Perform reconciliations between AR systems and subledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with credit control, collections follow-up, dispute resolution, and month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare AR reports, accruals, audit documentation, KPIs, and operational reporting materials.
• Participate in process improvement, standardization, automation, ERP implementation, migration, and finance transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, billing, and reconciliation activities.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP or Oracle experience is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center or Global Business Services environment is preferred.
