What you will do

• Monitor assigned customer accounts and follow up on overdue invoices by phone and email.
• Serve as the primary contact for collection-related inquiries and maintain accurate collection records.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, short payments, and unapplied cash with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare collection reports covering aging analysis, DSO, cash collection performance, and high-risk accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts, escalate delinquent accounts, and resolve outstanding issues.
• Support month-end activities, audits, process improvements, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Experience in collections or accounts receivable, preferably supporting US customers.
• Ability to work during US business hours or support US time zones.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience with aging management, cash application follow-up, and credit risk assessment.
