What you will do

• Collect outstanding debts and safeguard the accounts receivable asset.
• Print daily invoices and monthly statements.
• Allocate incoming payments accurately against invoices.
• Manage and resolve invoice queries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process new account applications and set appropriate credit limits.
• Review existing credit limits and maintain procedures aligned with the Credit Policy.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Studies.
• At least 3 years of credit control experience, including 1 year in a sole-charge role.
• 1–2 years of general accounting and finance experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with high accuracy and numeracy.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated approach to work.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP and C4C.
