Order To Cash Accountant

Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka; hybrid work opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for global recurring revenue.
• Set up customer maintenance contracts in the ERP system according to customer orders.
• Invoice license, cloud, maintenance, and other recurring-revenue products.
• Perform subscription-calculation quality assurance, revenue and direct-cost accruals, partner commission calculations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc, monthly, and annual reports and KPIs using Business Intelligence tools.
• Support accounts receivable and cash collection activities while partnering with Sales, Consulting, Finance, country market units, and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting and invoicing experience.
• Knowledge of order processing, accounting, revenue recognition, and accruals.
• Experience working with ERP systems in Order-to-Cash processes; experience with hirify.global Applications is preferred.
• Commercial education with relevant professional expertise; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and business-support skills.
• English is required for company communication; other languages are desirable.
