GTM Engineer (Data & AI)

Location: United States; remote opportunity

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 estimated base salary per year

What you will do

• Architect a unified GTM intelligence foundation combining data warehouse, API, MCP, call, email, and chat signals.
• Build agentic workflows that combine probabilistic AI reasoning with deterministic logic across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Lead the technical setup and integration of scoring and propensity models into the agentic orchestration layer.
• Prototype AI-native GTM concepts, test their impact, and scale successful solutions into standard operating procedures.
• Work cross-functionally with GTM vice presidents and senior leadership to define growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or data engineering, focused on technical workflows.
• Experience building complex data flows across data warehouses, APIs, and MCP servers.
• Hands-on experience creating context layers for AI judgment and orchestrating LLMs, enrichment waterfalls, and agentic workflows.
• Track record of delivering scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation that improved pipeline or retention.
• Structured problem-solving approach and a focus on simplifying and automating manual processes.
• A technical degree or equivalent background is preferred.
