Senior Accountant (Crypto)

Location: Remote within the U.S.

Salary: USD $115,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Support month-end and year-end close by preparing OPEX accruals, prepaid schedules, expense allocations, payroll journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable, including vendor setup, purchase orders, invoice matching, invoice processing, and weekly payment cycles.
• Prepare documentation and explanations for internal and external audits.
• Assist with accounting policies, internal controls, financial statements, reports, and flux analysis.
• Maintain and improve accounting workpapers supporting financial analysis, reporting, and process automation.
• Partner with Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Marketing, Compliance, and People teams to maintain complete and accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA license preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience performing detailed, data-intensive reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with macOS, GSuite, and ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred.

• Crypto accounting experience.
