What you will do

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end close.
• Account for digital asset transactions, customer custodial funds, and revenue recognition.
• Analyze financial statement fluctuations and provide insightful commentary.
• Assist with the preparation of annual and quarterly footnote disclosures.
• Support internal and external audit requests with timely documentation and analyses.
• Identify and implement scalable accounting practices and process improvements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or industry.
• CPA or equivalent license.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Must be based in the USA.
