ERP Project Manager (ERP/Robotics): Managing ERP projects end-to-end for the digital backbone of a fast-growing robotics company with an accent on requirements gathering, solution architecture, system integration, and business process design. Focus on coordinating stakeholders and service providers, delivering within budget and schedule, and implementing automation across ERP-related processes.
Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

is a fast-growing robotics company in Europe developing robotics technologies and its enterprise applications environment.
What you will do
- Manage ERP projects independently from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Coordinate business departments, IT, management, internal teams, and external service providers.
- Create and maintain project plans, status reports, risk analyses, and delivery controls.
- Design scalable ERP architectures and integrations across ERP, BI, CRM, and external interfaces.
- Advise business departments on process design and document enterprise architecture standards.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in ERP-related processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing ERP projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or comparable systems.
- Proven ability to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong process understanding in Finance, Supply Chain, Production, or Sales.
- Experience working with business departments and external service providers.
- Very good German language skills required.
- Good written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of system integration, API architectures, or middleware solutions.
- Experience with Power Platform or AI-supported tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Codex.
- Background in mechanical engineering, robotics, or technology-driven environments.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban in an ERP context.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA.
