Teleoperation Project Lead (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead and grow the team through mentoring, hands-on guidance, structured knowledge sharing, and capability development.
• Coordinate hiring activities and support recruitment, candidate evaluation, and onboarding for robotics and AI roles.
• Lead teleoperation programs for humanoid and dual-arm robots from early concept through deployment.
• Plan and execute projects across timelines, priorities, resources, and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and leadership, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Translate technical objectives into project plans and contribute to the long-term roadmap for teleoperation and AI-driven robotics solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex technical or cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with engineering, software, AI, or robotics teams and coordinating multiple priorities.
• Comfort engaging with technical topics without being directly hands-on in development.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, AI, automation, or other emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of German.
