Insurance Sales Agent - Remote

Location: United States; hybrid role with remote work and one weekend day required each week

Salary: $45,000–$75,000 per year, plus bonus plan

What you will do

• Guide customers through insurance comparison and switching processes.
• Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach.
• Identify coverage gaps and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining product accuracy and integrity.
• Work remotely in an inbound call center and report to a Sales Team Lead.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience selling multiple insurance products.
• Broker or call center experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of auto and home insurance products.
• Excellent phone communication, sales, and customer-first skills.
• Technological competence and the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
• Reliable internet and an active schedule that includes one weekend day each week.

• Active P&C or Personal Lines licenses in Florida and California.
