Insurance Sales Agent - Remote

Location: United States; remote work with a hybrid role classification. The schedule includes one weekend day, with a weekday off in compensation.

Salary: $45,000–$75,000 per year, plus a bonus plan.

What you will do

• Guide customers through insurance comparison and switching.
• Analyze insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and close insurance sales in an inbound call center.
• Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining product accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products, preferably in brokerage or call center environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of auto and home insurance products.
• Excellent phone communication and customer-first sales skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, tools, and equipment.
• Active property and casualty or personal lines license; Florida and California licenses are a plus.
• Reliable internet connection.
