Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; onsite office environment

Salary: $24.38 per hour base pay; monthly performance bonuses target $4,750.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking better insurance options.
• Advise customers on suitable homeowners and auto insurance products.
• Navigate quotes across multiple carriers and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Conduct detailed customer follow-ups by email and phone.
• Stay current on market trends, carrier products, guidelines, and procedures.
• Participate in team activities, training, and process-improvement sessions.

Requirements

• Active insurance license.
• At least 1 year of personal lines insurance sales experience.
• Strong salesmanship, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to understand and recommend appropriate coverage and insurance options.
• Process-oriented approach, openness to coaching, and willingness to improve sales productivity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
