Remote Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: Remote; full-time hourly employees must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Base hourly pay: $19–$21 per hour, plus uncapped commissions and possible equity. Top performers typically earn $100,000+ per year.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Deliver empathetic, consultative customer experiences and build long-term trust.
• Identify savings opportunities and coverage gaps, explaining policy details clearly.
• Create tailored policy packages across more than 55 carrier partners and bind coverage.
• Address customer concerns and guide customers through transparent purchasing decisions.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch customer service.
• Strong empathy, active listening, customer advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states listed above is required for full-time hourly employment.
• Ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within approximately 2 weeks after starting.
