Staff Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design AI-powered products and experiences for hirify.global's Tax Operating System.
• Own the design process from problem framing and research through interaction design, visual craft, prototyping, and launch.
• Turn complex tax, regulatory, and AI workflows into intuitive customer experiences.
• Build scalable design foundations and contribute to a new design system.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, Tax, and User Research to shape product direction.
• Champion high-quality craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful execution.

Requirements

• Strong product design craft across interaction design, visual quality, motion, and detail.
• Strong systems thinking across individual experiences and broader product architecture.
• Experience creating or significantly evolving design systems across products and teams.
• Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, fintech, developer, or infrastructure products.
• Interest in designing AI-native experiences that solve customer problems.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, clear thinking, and measurable impact, plus strong cross-functional communication.
