TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and measuring end-to-end customer journeys for a consumer fintech product with an accent on user research, interaction design, visual quality, and scalable design systems. Focus on coaching designers, analysing product experiments, collaborating with engineers and product managers, and improving launched experiences through customer and business metrics.
Location: UK; hybrid working with office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote working on Tuesday and Friday

is a fast-growing European fintech company developing a consumer payments product.
What you will do
- Own the full design process from collaborative research and conception through testing, journey specifications, implementation, and post-launch UX measurement.
- Design customer journeys, prototypes, and product experiences for consumer-facing fintech products.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and translate findings into design improvements.
- Define success metrics, analyse product experiments, and evaluate releases from customer and business perspectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content specialists, and Designers to align goals and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Maintain scalable design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides while coaching designers and leading critique sessions.
Requirements
- Experience designing consumer-facing products in cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual design and UI execution skills with close attention to detail.
- Experience with design systems and applying user research to product design.
- Ability to analyse product experiments and connect design decisions to business goals.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills for presenting design thinking and decisions.
- Willingness to experiment with new ways of working and AI tools to improve the design process.
