Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: hirify.global UK; hybrid working with office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote working on Tuesday and Friday

What you will do

• Own the full design process from collaborative research and concept development through testing, implementation, and post-launch measurement.
• Design customer journeys, prototypes, user tests, and product experiences with a high level of visual craft.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and identify customer and business success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content specialists, and Designers to align goals and deliver product improvements.
• Maintain scalable design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides.
• Coach and mentor designers, lead critique sessions, and review released products to identify learnings.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer-facing products in cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual design and UI execution skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience with design systems and applying user research findings to product design.
• Ability to analyse product experiments and connect design decisions to business goals.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for explaining design decisions to stakeholders.
• Interest in experimenting with new ways of working and AI tools for design.
