Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: London, England; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept through execution.
• Define new interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin, automation, and AI-powered tools.
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different levels of fidelity.
• Partner with engineers and PMs to define problems and deliver high-quality software experiences.
• Maintain exceptional craft standards while balancing speed and execution.
• Contribute to design culture through mentoring, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Senior-level individual contributor with experience shipping complex, high-quality software products.
• Experience designing across desktop, mobile, chat interfaces, AI-first, and emerging experiences.
• Strong interaction design, product thinking, visual design, and systems thinking skills.
• Ability to understand engineering concepts and build prototypes using tools such as Framer, Figma, Vercel, or code.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and operate with ownership, autonomy, and agency.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in functional software products rather than primarily marketing sites.
