What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept to execution.
• Define new interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin and AI tools.
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas across fidelities to validate decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to solve problems and deliver solutions.
• Maintain high craft standards while balancing speed.
• Contribute to design culture through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Shipped complex, high-quality software products.
• Design for multiple surfaces: desktop, mobile, chat, AI experiences.
• Balance speed and detail with end-to-end systems thinking.
• Understand engineering; build prototypes (Framer, Figma, code).
• Have strong taste and ability to tell compelling design stories.
• Operate with agency, ownership, and autonomy.
