Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-native revenue operating system that transforms CRM data into intelligent workflows for sales teams.

What you will do

• Design and ship product features using the existing Figma component library.
• Build interactive prototypes with LLMs to communicate product behavior and edge cases.
• Research competitor products to identify useful patterns and product gaps.
• Partner with engineering and product leads to scope, refine, and defend design decisions.
• Contribute to platform-level product direction and design new components as the system evolves.
• Identify and independently deliver UX improvements across the product.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and motion in product design.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience developing design systems or component libraries.
• Comfort using Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI-assisted tools to build interactive prototypes.
• Experience with wireframing tools such as Whimsical.
• Experience working in startups or small teams with broad responsibilities.
• Experience designing complex, data-rich products such as enterprise software or dashboards, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
